摘  要:针对水井细分注工艺技术适应性差的难题,研制了测调一体分注工艺,该工艺具有井下测调、地面直读的功能,其特点是配水器和可调水嘴一体化设计,无需投捞水嘴作业,测调速度快、精度高。测调一体分注技术应用过程中展现出其优越性并取得了一定效果,但也出现诸如水嘴调不动、传动部位容易结垢、水嘴关闭不严及反洗井后封隔器失效等问题。针对这一情况,研发完善了测调一体配水器,采用防卡、防锈、防垢结构,避免传运系统锈蚀、结垢,大大降低了系统调节扭矩,改进配套封隔器结构,降低了封隔器失效几率,并通过相关试验井测试验证了改进工艺的可行性以及工艺应用的可靠性。Aiming at the difficult problem of the technical suitability of the deep deviated well,the bridge concentric zonal injection technical is developed.The bridge concentric zonal injection have the function of technical downhole measurement and direct reading,it is characterized by the distributor integrated with water-adjustable nozzle,no need to make the water nozzle operation,no limit of the series,have the high precision.Since the bridge concentric zonal injection technical is applied,the superiority has been demonstrated,however,there are also problems such as the immobility of the nozzle in the deep incline,the easily fouling of the transmission parts and the loose water nozzle.In view of this situation,a new type of bridge concentric zonal injection technical is developed,adopt anti-card,anti-rust,anti-scale technology.New type Bridge concentric zonal injection technology has been applied in test well.
