摘　　要：目的:评估含积雪草苷和5%泛醇霜剂(B5多效修复霜)在非剥脱点阵1565 nm激光术后创面修复的效果和安全性。方法:选取2017年4月至2018年4月第四军医大学西京皮肤医院接受面部非剥脱点阵激光术患者84例,男8例、女76例,年龄24~50(39.5±8.6)岁,将患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组术后行常规面部干预管理,观察组在常规干预基础上加用B5多效修复霜。用皮肤性质测试仪及皮肤图像分析仪(VISIA)对两组患者术后皮肤屏障功能恢复状况进行评估。结果:观察组术后7 d和14 d时,皮脂含量和角质层含水量均高于对照组,经皮失水量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=4.927,7.833,12.430,4.538,10.083,8.017,均P<0.05)。观察组术后7 d和14 d时红斑指数和黑素指数低于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.392,2.807,3.485,3.009,均P<0.05)。结论:含积雪草苷和5%泛醇霜剂用于非剥脱点阵激光术后患者,有助于增强保湿效果,减少术后并发症,促进患者激光术后皮肤屏障功能修复。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of a cream containing madecassoside,5%panthenolon skin repairing after nonablative fractional 1565 nm laser therapy.Methods A total of 84 patients who received nonablative fractional laser surgery in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were included as research objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine facial intervention after operation,while the observation group was treated with a cream containing madecassoside,5%panthenolon skin repairing on the basis of routine intervention.The postoperative skin barrier function of the two groups were recorded and compared through skin property system and VISIA complexion analysis system.Results At 1 and 2 weeks after operation,the sebum content and cuticle water content in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the transdermal water loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.927,7.833,12.430,4.538,10.083,8.017,P<0.05).The erythema index(EI)and melanin index(MI)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1 and 2 weeks after operation,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=2.392,2.807,3.485,3.009,P<0.05).Conclusions The application of a cream containing madecassoside,5%panthenolon in skin repairing is helpful to enhance the moisturizing effect,reduce the complications and promote the early recovery of patients with skin trauma after fractional laser operation.
