摘 要:挡坝是造纸生产中制浆用盘磨机磨盘的重要结构,对浆料在磨区中的流动状态有着良好的调节作用,其参数设计对于磨盘的磨浆性能有重要影响.但目前挡坝对浆料流动的影响规律尚不明朗,多依据经验进行挡坝设计.针对此问题,使用数值模拟对于挡坝参数对磨区浆料流动特性的影响进行了研究,揭示了得到挡坝数量、高度以及分布方式对磨区压力、浆料流流速以及浆料流动轨迹等参数的影响.研究表明,挡坝结构参数的变化对磨区浆料流速的影响仅体现在局部,而对整个磨区没有明显影响,随着挡坝数量与高度以及径向位置的增加,磨区压力分别呈三次函数、指数函数以及二次函数规律增大.通过分析挡坝结构参数对磨区浆料流动影响的研究,为磨盘的高效节能设计提供了新的参考思路.The dam is an important structure of the refining plate for pulping in papermaking production,which has a good regulatory effect on the pulp flow in the refining zone,and its parameter design has an important impact on the refining performance of the refining plate.However,at present,the influence of the dam on the flow of pulp is still unclear,mostly based on experience for the design of the dam,for this problem,the use of numerical simulation on the dam parameters on the flow characteristics of the pulp in the refining zone has been studied,revealing the number,height and distribution of the dam on the pressure,pulp velocity and flow path and other parameters.The results show that the influence of the change of dam structure parameters on the velocity of the pulp in the refining zone is only reflected in the local area,but there is no obvious impact on the entire refining zone,with the increase of the number and height of the dam and the radial position,the pressure of the refining zone is increased by the cubic function,the exponential function and the quadratic function respectively.Through the analysis of the influence of dam structure parameters on the flow of pulp in the refining zone,it provides a new reference idea for the efficient and energy-saving design of the refining plate.
