摘  要:为了提高6061-T6铝合金锻造车轮的耐蚀性,采用三价铬钝化工艺对其进行表面处理,研究了Cr_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)、K_(2)ZrF_(6)的质量浓度以及钝化时间对钝化膜耐中性盐雾性能的影响。结果表明,当钝化液中Cr_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)和K_(2)ZrF_(6)的质量浓度分别为6 g/L和2 g/L时,在温度40°C和pH 4的条件下钝化4 min所得钝化膜均匀、光泽高,可满足耐中性盐雾试验240 h的要求。The trivalent chromium passivation was carried out as a surface treatment for the forged 6061-T6 aluminum alloy wheel to improve its corrosion resistance.The effects of mass concentrations of Cr_(2)(SO_(4))_(3) and K_(2)ZrF_(6) as well as passivation time on the neutral salt spray corrosion resistance of passivation film were studied.The passivation film prepared with Cr_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)6 g/L and K_(2)ZrF_(6)2 g/L for 4 min was continuous,uniform,and highly glossy,and could endure the neutral salt spray test for 240 hours.
