摘  要:轴向力是反映孔加工过程和状态的最重要参数之一,对纤维增强复合材料的制孔质量有直接影响。为分析旋转超声套孔加工中轴向力随工艺参数的变化规律,基于旋转超声套孔加工中磨粒的运动学特性,建立钻削力数学预测模型,并对玻璃纤维增强复合材料进行孔加工试验研究。试验结果表明:轴向力随着主轴转速提升或进给速度降低呈现减小趋势,与钻削力数学模型预测结果相符;相较于常规套孔加工,旋转超声加工的轴向力降低了6%~25%,孔出口分层因子降低了8%~15%,制孔质量得到有效提升。As one of the most important parameters reflecting drilling process and state,axial force has a direct impact on the quality of fiber reinforced plastic drilling.In order to analyze the variation regulations of axial force with process parameters in rotary ultrasonic trepanning drilling,the mathematical model of drilling force was established based on the kinematic characteristics of single abrasive,and the drilling experiment on glass fiber reinforced plastic was made.The results show that the axial force increases with the increase of spindle speed or decreases with the decrease of feed rate,and the variation trend is consistent with mathematical prediction model.Compared with conventional drilling,in rotary ultrasonic drilling process,the axial force and exit delamination factor decrease by 6%~25%and 8%~15%,and the hole quality has effectively improve.
