摘  要:钢卷温度均匀性是影响钢卷退火后产品性能的重要因素。基于不锈钢全氢罩式炉工程设备,介绍了一种保障钢卷温度均匀性的试验方法,实验证明罩式炉退火能力和退火产品性能符合相关技术要求,为退火工艺制度优化、提升炉群生产能力提供参考。The temperature uniformity of steel coil is not only an important index to measure the thermal performance of full hydrogen bell-type furnace,but also an important factor affecting the product performance of annealed steel coil.Based on the system integration of full hydrogen bell-type furnace for annealing stainless steel,this paper introduces the temperature uniformity test method for steel coil,proposes a typical annealing process parameter,and proves that the annealing capacity of full hydrogen bell-type furnace and the performance of annealed steel coils meet the relevant technical requirements.This paper provides a reference for the optimization of annealing process parameter and the improvement for production capacity of furnaces group.
