摘 要:麻黄碱类药物具有重要的临床价值,由于自身特殊属性,其检测分析一直都是研究热点。最近15年,麻黄碱类药物电化学检测取得了一定进展,电位分析、分子印迹和电致化学发光技术得到了充分应用。基于药物不同形态(药剂样品、生物样品和原料样品),围绕高效灵敏检测,预计今后应重点关注新型纳米材料修饰电极的制备、基于丝网印刷电极的免疫传感器的构建、“分离技术+电化学检测”分析模式的强化等三个方面。Ephedrines are of clinical importance,their assays have always been the research focus owing to their special characteristics.In the past 15 years,some progresses have been realized in electrochemical detections of these drugs.Potentiometry,molecularly imprinting and electrogenerated chemiluminescence have been widely used in this area.Based on different formulations of drugs(pharmaceutical,biological and material samples)and aiming at sensitive determinations with high efficiency,the futural research will cover the following three aspects:preparation of novel nano-materials modified electrodes,fabrication of immunosensors on the basis of screen printed electrodes,strengthened analysis modes about“separation techniques+electrochemical detections”.
