摘　　要：海南自由贸易港建设需要一个优良的法治环境,社区矫正社会工作者队伍是建设法治海南、平安海南不可或缺的重要力量,建设一支规范化、专业化的社区矫正社会工作者队伍势在必行。为此,海南法律类高职院校应高度重视,积极应对,精准定位培养目标,优化完善课程体系,提升专业师资水平,增强实践教学效果,试点1+X证书制度,培育志愿服务精神,使人才培养符合自贸港社区矫正社会工作的实际需求,肩负起培养社区矫正社会工作专业人才的重任,在社区矫正社会工作者队伍建设中发挥应有的积极作用。The construction of Hainan free trade port requires a good legal environment.The team of community correction social workers is an indispensable and important force in the construction of a lawful and safe Hainan.It is imperative to build a standardized and professional team of community correction social workers.Therefore,Hainan legal higher vocational colleges should attach great importance to and actively respond to these requirements.Only by accurately positioning training objectives,optimizing curriculum system,improving the level of professional teachers and enhancing effect of practical teaching,and by piloting the 1+X certificate system,cultivating the spirit of volunteer service to ensure that talent training would meet the actual needs of community correction social work in the free trade port,can colleges shoulder the responsibility of cultivating professional talents in community correction social work and play a positive role in the construction of community correction social workers.
