摘　　要：洪亮吉因诗文出名,但科场不顺,四十五岁才得中进士,授翰林院编修,随即出任贵州提督学政。持节黔中三年,精心琢育人才,大振黔中学风,创造出空前的业绩,唯有晚清的严修可与比肩。又得江山之助,在黔中创作大量诗文作品,其中不少篇章是洪氏毕生代表作,更是贵州文学史上的宝贵遗产,值得珍视和传扬。Hong Liangji was famous for his poetry and writing,but he did not succeed in the imperial examinations and only at the age of forty-five was he appointed to the post of editor of the Hanlin Academy,and was then he was promoted to the post of academic administrator.During the three years he spent some time inspecting Qianzhong at the behest of the emperor,he carefully nurtured talents and vigorously boosted the spirit of Qianzhong Middle School,creating an unprecedented performance that only Yan Xiu of the late Qing Dynasty could match with him.With the help of Jiang Shan,he composed a large number of poetic works in Qianzhong,many of which are masterpieces of Hong's life and they are valuable legacies in Guizhou's literary history,it was worthy of being cherished and passed on.
