坤草芪莲汤辅助治疗消渴病并发尿微量蛋白的效果及对肾功能的影响  

Effect of Kuncao Qilian Decoction in the Auxiliary Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Urinary Microprotein and Its Influence on Renal Function

摘　　要：目的:分析坤草芪莲汤辅助治疗消渴病并发尿微量蛋白患者的效果及对肾功能的影响。方法:选择泉州市中医院2019年1月-2020年12月收治的94例消渴病并发尿微量蛋白患者,按简单随机抽样法分为对照组和观察组,对照组(47例)接受常规治疗,观察组(47例)在对照组基础上应用坤草芪莲汤。对比两组症状积分、肾功能。结果:治疗后,观察组的症状积分为(9.26±2.21)分,低于对照组的(12.34±3.22)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.407,P<0.001)。观察组的血清肌酐(Scr)为(73.95±8.10)μmol/L,血清胱抑素C(CysC)为(2.16±0.64)mg/L,24 h尿蛋白定量为(1.12±0.21)g,24 h尿微蛋白排泄量为(84.07±10.34)mg,均低于对照组的(81.65±8.34)μmol/L、(3.96±1.07)mg/L、(1.48±0.27)g、(105.49±16.93)mg(P<0.05)。结论:坤草芪莲汤有助于改善消渴病患者的肾功能,减少尿中蛋白的水平,改善症状,提高疗效。Objective:To analyze the effect of Kuncao Qilian Decoction in adjuvant treatment of diabetic patients with urinary microprotein and its influence on renal function.Method:A total of 94 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with urinary microprotein who were admitted to Quanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to simple random sampling method.The control group (47 cases) received conventional treatment,on the basis of the control group,Kuncao Qilian Decoction was applied in the observation group (47 cases).The symptom scores and renal function of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the symptom score of the observation group was (9.26±2.21) points,which was lower than (12.34±3.22) points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (t=5.407,P<0.001).The serum creatinine (Scr) of the observation group was (73.95±8.10) μmol/L,the serum cystatin C (CysC) was (2.16±0.64) mg/L,the 24 hours urine protein quantitative was (1.12±0.21) g,and the 24 hours microprotein excretion was (84.07±10.34) mg,which were lower than (81.65±8.34) μmol/L,(3.96±1.07) mg/L,(1.48±0.27) g,(105.49±16.93) mg of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Kuncao Qilian Decoction can help improve the renal function of patients with diabetes,reduce the level of urine protein,improve symptoms,and improve curative effect.
