基于PERMA模式的精准护理在经桡动脉行冠状动脉介入治疗患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:研究基于PERMA模式的精准护理在经桡动脉行冠状动脉(PCI)介入治疗患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年1月在山东省公共卫生临床中心接受经桡动脉冠状动脉介入治疗患者108例,进行回顾性分析,依据不同护理模式分为观察组(55例)与对照组(53例)。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受PERMA模式下精准护理。护理后对比两组患者护理满意度、心血管不良事件发生率,比较两组护理前后心功能、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及日常生活能力评分。结果:护理后,观察组护理满意度、左室室射血分数(LVEF)及Barthel指数评分显著高于对照组,而不良事件发生率、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)及左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)与SDS及SAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用PERMA模式对PCI介入治疗患者进行精准护理能有效降低不良事件发生率与焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,同时对改善患者心功能、提高其生活质量有重要意义。Objective:To study the effect of precision nursing based on PERMA model in patients undergoing transradial coronary(PCI)interventional therapy.Method:A total of 108 patients undergoing transradial coronary intervention in Shandong Public Health Clinical Center from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected for retrospective analysis,and they were divided into the observation group(55 cases)and the control group(53 cases)according to different nursing models.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received precision care under PERMA mode.After nursing,the two groups of patients were compared with care satisfaction,cardiovascular adverse events,cardiac function and self depression scale(SDS),self anxiety scale(SAS)and ability of daily living scores.Result:After nursing,the nursing satisfaction,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and Barthel index score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the incidence of adverse events,left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),SDS and SAS scores were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Precise nursing of patients undergoing PCI intervention using the PERMA model can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events and negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,and is of great significance to improve patients’cardiac function and quality of life.
