3%甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂注干剂配方研究

摘　　要：以3%甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂为防治松材线虫病松树注干剂,筛选体系中溶剂、乳化剂和润湿剂,研究各组分对3%甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂注干剂吸收性能的影响。结果表明,3%阿维菌素微乳剂注干剂的配方为:3%甲氨基阿维菌素、8%环己酮、4%N-甲基吡咯烷酮、12%OP-10、2.5%农乳500#、5%T-1070、4%AE-098、20%乙醇、水补足至100%。3%甲氨基阿维菌素微乳剂注干剂50mL在4h内能完全吸收,对松材线虫病的防治效果良好。3%emamectin benzoate ME was used as the pine tree injection for controlling pine wood nematode dis⁃ease.The solvent,the emulsifier and the wetting agent in the system were screened,and the influence of each compo⁃nent on the absorption performance of 3%emamectin benzoate ME pine tree injection was verified.The following for⁃mulations for 3%emamectin benzoate ME pine tree injection have been identified:3%emamectin benzoate,8%cy⁃clohexanone,4%N-Methyl pyrrolidone,12%OP-10,2.5%calcium dodecylbenzene sulfonate,5%T-1070,4%AE-098,20%ethanol,and the rest(of 100%)is supplemented with water.50mL of 3%emamectin benzoate ME pine tree injection can be completely absorbed in 4 h.The control on pine wood nematode disease is effective.
