摘 要:在保持硅粉和粉煤灰总掺量37%不变的前提下,调整硅粉和粉煤灰之间掺量,进行硅粉和粉煤灰复掺对聚苯乙烯轻型混凝土的7,14,28 d抗压强度、导热系数、抗拉强度和微观形态分析。试验表明:A组方案硅粉掺量12.5%、粉煤灰掺量24.5%配制的聚苯乙烯轻型混凝土在不同龄期下抗压强度都是最高的,28 d抗压强度达38.69 MPa,抗拉强度达2.668 MPa,导热系数0.337 W/(m.K)。在低水胶比下,聚苯乙烯轻型混凝土的抗压强度随着粉煤灰掺量的增加而提高,在微观形态试验中也同样证明了A组方案掺加料配置的混凝土材料与聚苯乙烯颗粒之间的粘结形态完整,浆体内部密实性良好。Under the premise of keeping the total content of silica fume and fly ash unchanged at 37%,adjust the mixing amount between silica fume and fly ash,and analyze the compressive strength,thermal conductivity,tensile strength and microscopic morphology of the mixing of silica fume and fly ash for the 7 d,14 d,and 28 d of lightweight cement composites with EPS particles.The test shows that:the lightweight cement composites with 12.5%of silica fume and 24.5%of fly ash in Group A Plan have the highest compressive strength at different ages.The 28 d compressive strength reaches 38.69 MPa and the tensile strength reaches 2.668 MPa,and the thermal conductivity is 0.337 W/(m.K).At low water-to-binder ratio,the compressive strength of LCC increases with the increase of fly ash content.In the microscopic morphology test,it is also proved that the cement materials and EPS particles of the Group A Plan mixed with additives was more tight.The bonding form between is complete,and the internal density of the LCC from Group A Plan is good.
