摘  要:利用ABAQUS有限元软件,采用耦合的欧拉-拉格朗日方法,建立了一个新的连续驱动摩擦焊接过程的三维热力耦合模型,分析了焊接过程接头成型、温度场分布、材料塑性变形的影响规律,通过与实验结果比较,验证了该模型的准确性。结果表明:接头宏观形貌、轴向缩短量与实验结果吻合较好,模拟温度结果与实测数据相对误差约为1.7%~4.8%,变化趋势相同;深塑区的位置、宽度与计算的温度场具有较好的一致性;此模型对异种金属摩擦焊接过程的计算具有潜在优势。Using the ABAQUS finite element software and the coupled Euler-Lagrangian method,a new three-dimensional thermal-mechanical coupling model of the continuous drive friction welding process is established,and the influence rules of joint formation temperature field distribution,and material plastic deformation in the welding process are analyzed.The accuracy of the model is verified by comparing with the experimental results;the influence rule is compared with the experimental results to verify the accuracy of the model.The results show that the macroscopic appearance and axial shortening of the joint are in good agreement with the experimental results.The relative error between the simulated temperature results and the measured data is 1.7%-4.8%approximately,and the change trend is the same;the location and width of deep plastic zone are in good agreement with the calculated temperature field;this model shows potential advantages for the calculation of the friction welding process of dissimilar metals.
