摘  要:采用有限元—离散元耦合方法,对黄铁矿和方解石组成的单颗粒矿物进行微波照射数值模拟。在提出解离率的基础上,研究黄铁矿尺寸对微波照射效果的影响。分析了矿物内电场、温度、裂纹及解离率的演化分布的情况。研究结果表明,相同微波功率照射下,黄铁矿尺寸越大,矿石模型内部电场强度越小,产生的温度也越高;相同照射时刻,矿物内裂纹数目均随着矿物尺寸的增大而增多;单颗粒矿物的解离率随微波照射时间的增加而增加,本模型中,黄铁矿半径为1 mm的矿物解离率最小,另外三种半径矿物的解离率均在50%左右,且最佳照射时间分别为3.0、4.0、4.0 s。The numerical simulation of microwave irradiation of single mineral particles composed of pyrite and calcite was carried out by using finite element and discrete element coupling method.Based on the dissociation rate,the influence of the size of pyrite on the microwave irradiation effect was studied.The evolution and distribution of electric field,temperature,crack and dissociation rate in the mineral are analyzed.The results show that under the same microwave power irradiation,the higher the size of pyrite,the smaller the intensity of electric field inside the ore model,and the larger the temperature generated.At the same irradiation time,the number of cracks in the mineral increases with the increase of mineral size.The dissociation rate of single mineral grains increased with the increase of microwave irradiation time.In this model,The mineral dissociation rate of pyrite with a radius of 1 mm is the lowest,and the dissociation rate of the other three minerals with a radius of about 50%,and the optimal irradiation time is 3.0 s,4.0 s and 4.0 s,respectively.
