摘  要:针对高压电力设备检修过程中存在的效率低、耗时长等问题,对基于增强虚拟现实技术的高压电力设备检修的应用进行了深入研究。该技术依托AR眼镜设备为平台,结合智能移动设备以及5G高速处理引擎,通过将检修方案多维度地集成到远端后台数据库内,综合运用三维虚拟装配软件,实现检修过程的无纸化对照规范作业以及检修方案的多元可视化展现。通过疫情期间在国内外多个产品现场的实践应用与优化,增强虚拟现实技术在高压电力设备检修上的应用,可以完全满足检修工作者在现场工作与远程指导的无缝切换。该技术的研究将实现从高压电力设备检修二维单一化作业转变为三维虚拟现实可视化作业,提升检修过程的工作效率,优化作业过程的可操作化和标准化,促进高压电力设备检修技术的持续性发展。Aimed at the problems of low efficiency,long time-consuming and so on in the overhaul of high-voltage power equipment,the application of augmented reality technology in the overhaul of high-voltage power equipment was deeply studied.The technology relied on AR glasses equipment as a platform,and combined with smart mobile devices and 5G high-speed processing engines,through multi-dimensional integration of the maintenance plan into the remote back-end database,and comprehensive using of three-dimensional virtual assembly software,it was achieved that a paperless comparison of the overhaul process and multiple visual display of work and overhaul plan.Through the practical application and optimization of multiple product sites at home and abroad during the epidemic,the application of augmented reality technology in the overhaul of high-voltage power equipment was enhanced,which could fully meet the seamless switch between maintenance workers on-site work and remote guidance.The research on this technology would realize the transformation from a two-dimensional single operation of high-voltage power equipment overhaul to a three-dimensional virtual reality visualization operation,so as to improve the work efficiency of the overhaul process,optimize the operability and standardization of the operation process,and promote the continuous development of the high-voltage power equipment overhaul technology.
