摘 要:硬质阳极氧化工艺和氧化膜性能受铝合金加工状态和合金成分影响较大。在采用以硫酸为主的混酸硬质阳极氧化工艺对挤压铝管2A12产品进行硬质阳极氧化处理,并进行水封闭处理,产品烘干下线后,发现大量产品表面附着有白色粘稠物质,影响产品的质量和外观。详细分析了铝合金产品硬质阳极中氧化膜附着白色物质的故障原因,经过试验验证可知,产品装夹后,零件的通孔变成了盲孔,零件在进行阳极氧化时,孔中残留氧化溶液未清洗干净。针对出现的故障,制定了加强水洗及改进装夹等相应的控制措施,提出了在生产过程中,技术人员要加强工艺过程的管控,深入现场,关注细节,加强生产线的日常管理以及生产过程中的综合治理工作,只有这样才能使工艺过程受控,保证产品质量稳定、可靠。The hard anodic oxidation process and oxide films performance were greatly affected by aluminum alloy processing status and alloy composition.The mixed acid hard anodic oxidation process with vitriol as main ingredient was used to do hard anodic oxidation treatment for extruded aluminum tube 2A12 production,and water board treatment was done.The production was off-line after drying,a lot of white sticky substance was found on the surface of the production,which affected the quality and appearance of the production.It was analyzed that the faults causes of white matters attached on oxide films of aluminum alloy production hard anodic,experimental verification showed that the production after clamping,the through-hole of parts became blind hole,and when the parts was anodized,the residual oxide solution in the hole was not cleaned up.Aimed at existing faults,the corresponding control measures was formulated including enhancing washing and modified clamping,and we presented that technical personnel should strengthen craft process control during producing,come into the scene,pay attention to details,and enhance the routine management of production line and comprehensive management work of productive process.Only by doing that,craft process could be controlled,and stable and reliable quality of products could be ensured.
