摘  要:通过学习及使用RCD的心得体会,对RCD的用途、分类,以及工程设计中RCD的选用、防电击RCD额定剩余动作电流30 mA规定的由来等问题进行分析、探讨,指出:RCD在TN系统电击防护中不是万能的;等电位联结与RCD作为自动切断电源的附加防护两者兼用,相辅相成。Through the author’s experience in learning and using RCD,this paper illustrates the application and classification of RCD,as well as the selection of RCD in engineering design,and analyzes and discusses related topics such as the context of the stipulation on anti-electric shock RCD with rated residual operating current of 30 mA.It is concluded that RCD is not omnipotent in electric shock protection of TN system,and the equipotential bonding and RCD together can be used as additional protection for automatic power cut-off,which complements each other for achieving the dedicated function.
