摘 要:针织物在日常使用过程中常出现操作不当引起的顶破、撕破或断裂等问题,种种不良现象出现的根本原因是受摩擦、压缩、拉伸等外力作用。所以,检验针织物的基本力学性能,是对产品耐用性能作出判断的主要依据,更是评定针织物质量的关键。文章主要研究针织物接缝强力测试方法,通过取样与试验,对比分析顶破法和抓样法对针织物接缝产生的影响。由试验结果可知,顶破法与抓样法均为拉伸断裂破坏形式,但顶破法的测试效率比抓样法高。In the process of daily use,knitted fabrics often have problems such as bursting,tearing or fracture caused by improper operation.The root cause of various adverse phenomena is the external force such as friction,compression and tension.Therefore,testing the basic mechanical properties of knitted fabrics is not only the main basis for judging the durability of products,but also the key to evaluate the quality of knitted fabrics.This paper mainly studies the testing method of knitted fabric seam strength.Through sampling and testing,the effects of top breaking method and sample grabbing method on knitted fabric seam are compared and analyzed.The test results show that both the top breaking method and the sample grabbing method are tensile fracture failure forms,but the test efficiency of the top breaking method is higher than that of the sample grabbing method.
