摘  要:服装衬布生产属于纺织印染行业内深度加工的一类,除了传统的棉退浆、漂白、染色、整理工序和化纤织物的去油、染色、整理工序外,还有粉点、双点等点胶工序,能耗较高,污染比较严重。织物在染色整理中使用大量助剂以及坯布退浆后产生各种难降解污染物,对后续的废水处理造成较大的困难。染整废水具有色度高、pH较高、水温偏高等特点。文章叙述了科德宝宝翎衬布(南通)有限公司通过长期的实践和摸索,采用纯生化膜生物反应器污水处理技术,使染整废水可长期稳定达标排放。The production of garment lining belongs to the category of deep processing in the textile printing and dyeing industry.In addition to the traditional cotton desizing,bleaching,dyeing and finishing processes and the degreasing,dyeing and finishing processes of chemical fiber fabrics,there are also dispensing processes such as powder point and double point,which have high energy consumption and serious pollution.The use of a large number of auxiliaries in fabric dyeing and finishing and the desizing of grey cloth produce various refractory pollutants,which makes it difficult to treat the subsequent wastewater.Dyeing and finishing wastewater has the characteristics of high chromaticity,high pH and high water temperature.This paper describes that Freudenberg&Vilene Interlinings(Nantong)Co.Ltd.adopts pure and biochemical membrane bio-reactor sewage treatment technology through long-term practice and exploration,so that the dyeing and finishing wastewater can be discharged stably for a long time.
