摘  要:甘蔗是我国主要的糖料作物,兼具食用与能源开发的价值,条螟和二点螟作为危害甘蔗的两种主要螟虫,造成其产量和糖分损失,严重制约了甘蔗产业的发展。因此,了解两种主要蔗螟的发生规律及为害特点,探寻高效环保的防治方法尤为重要。本文运用文献调查的方法对现有的治螟手段进行了归类与综述。目前甘蔗条螟与二点螟的防治方法主要分为选用无虫抗虫甘蔗品种、及时清洁植蔗生境及合理的栽培措施的农业防治,使用灯光诱捕和辐射等的物理防治,使用天敌、微生物制剂及性诱剂等的生物防治,和常规的化学防治四大类;且甘蔗螟虫的防治手段已趋于生物防治为主的绿色综合化和使用无人机等的轻简高效途径。进一步深入解析蔗螟嗅觉功能蛋白的分子作用机理,并结合反向化学生态与性诱法联合应用,可为条螟和二点螟等甘蔗螟虫的综合防控提供新的思路。Sugarcane is the main sugar crop in China,which has both food and energy-developing value.As the two primary injurious insects of sugarcane,Proceras venosatum and Chilo infuscatellus cause loss of the yield and sugar content,which seriously restricts the development of the sugarcane industry.Therefore,it is particularly important to understand the occurrence and damage characteristics of these two main sugarcane borers and explore effective eco-friendly prevention methods.The existing control methods of sugarcane borers were classified and summarized by literature survey method in this paper.At present,the methods of preventing Proceras venosatum and Chilo infuscatellus could be divided into four categories:agricultural control,such as using insect-free or insect resistance sugarcane varieties,timely cleaning of sugarcane habitats and implementing rational cultivation measures;physical control,such as using lamplight trapping and radiation;biological control,such as using natural enemies,microbial agents and sex attractants;and conventional chemical control.The control methods of sugarcane borers had tended to green integrated control based on biological control,and simple and efficient way such as use of UAV.It can provide a new idea for the comprehensive control of Proceras venosatum and Chilo infuscatellus through further analysis of the molecular mechanism of their olfactory functional proteins combined with reverse chemical ecology and sexual attraction.
