摘　　要：为有效控制弹药企业装药废水排放,达到国家规定的排水质量指标,对弹药装药废水处理设施运行控制进行研究。针对影响废水处理设施运行的人、机、料、法、环等因素进行分析,通过相关试验的验证,确定废水处理设施运行控制要素及工艺流程,可解决废水处理设施运行稳定性。结果表明:通过制定弹药装药废水处理设施运行标准,有效指导废水处理设施运行过程中设备、水处理药剂、处理工艺等的应用,实现了废水处理设施运行的规范化管理,有利于废水处理正常达标运行,营造良好的废水处理运行环境,促进环境保护的发展。In order to effectively control the discharge of ammunition charging wastewater of ammunition enterprises and reach the drainage quality index stipulated by the state,it was studied that the operation control for ammunition charging wastewater treatment facilities.Based on the analysis of man,machine,material,method,ring and other factors which affecting the operation of wastewater treatment facilities,the operation control elements and process flow of wastewater treatment facilities were determined through the verification of relevant tests,which could solve the operation stability of wastewater treatment facilities.The results showed that by making the operation standard of ammunition propellant wastewater treatment facilities,it effectively guided the application of equipment,water treatment agents,and treatment technology during the operation of wastewater treatment facilities,and realized the standardized management of the wastewater treatment facility operation,it was advantageous to the waste water treatment standard normal operating and created a good environment for wastewater treatment operation,so promoted the development of environmental protection.
