摘 要:密集型母线槽通过连接器螺栓的预紧力进行联接,连接器螺栓强度关系到母线槽运行的安全性和稳定性,因此选择连接器螺栓作为重点研究对象。主要工作如下:1)对连接器进行模型简化,并建立连接器的有限元仿真模型;2)应用ANSYS软件对模型进行网格划分,并设置相应边界条件;3)分析连接器螺栓的应变、应力和安全系数,校核连接器螺栓是否安全可靠。仿真分析结果显示,连接器螺栓的应变、应力都在其材料的许用范围之内,并且还有足够的裕度,保证了连接器设计是安全和可靠的。仿真分析结果能够为连接器螺栓的优化提供技术支撑。The sandwich busbars were connected by the pre-tightening force of the joint pack bolts,and the strength of the joint pack bolts was related to the safety and stability of the busbar operation,therefore,the joint pack bolt was selected as the key research object.The main work was as follows:1)simplified the model of the joint pack,and established the finite element simulation model of the joint pack;2)meshed the model by using the ANSYS software and set the corresponding boundary conditions;3)analyzed the stress,strain and safety factor of the joint pack bolts,and checked whether the joint pack bolts were safe and reliable.The simulation results showed that the strain and stress of the joint pack bolt were within the allowable range of the material,and there was enough redundancy to ensure the safety and reliability of the joint pack design.The simulation results provided technical support for the optimization of joint pack bolts.
