摘 要:利用电火花沉积技术在45钢表面制备了Ti_(13.8)Zr_(41.2)Cu_(12.5)Ni_(10)Be_(22.5)非晶合金涂层,通过中性盐雾试验对比了45钢基体、非晶合金涂层2种样品的耐腐蚀性能,并对其腐蚀增重和腐蚀形貌进行了测量与分析。结果表明:随着腐蚀时间的延长,2种样品的单位面积腐蚀增重均增大,经96 h中性盐雾腐蚀后,45钢基体样品平均单位面积腐蚀增重比非晶合金涂层样品增加了0.00504 g/cm^(2)。相较于45钢基体样品,非晶合金涂层样品在盐雾试验前10 h表现出良好的耐腐蚀性能,分析认为非晶合金涂层Ti_(13.8)Zr_(41.2)Cu_(12.5)Ni_(10)Be_(22.5)中易钝化金属Zr形成致密氧化锆层和非晶合金涂层对45钢基体起到了有效的防护作用。经96 h中性盐雾腐蚀后,非晶合金涂层样品最终被腐蚀,分析认为非晶合金涂层中存在的未搭接区和纵向贯穿裂纹等缺陷是造成其最终发生腐蚀的主要原因。The Ti_(13.8)Zr_(41.2)Cu_(12.5)Ni_(10)Be_(22.5) amorphous alloy coating was prepared on the surface of 45 steel by electric spark deposition.The neutral salt spray test was used for comparing the decay resistance between 45 steel substrate samples and amorphous alloy coated samples,and the surrosion and corrosion morphology were measured and analyzed.The results showed that with the extension of the corrosion time,the surrosion per unit area of the two samples all increased.After 96 hours of neutral salt spray corrosion,the average surrosion per unit area of the 45 steel substrate samples increased by 0.00504 g/cm^(2) compared with that of the amorphous alloy coated samples.Amorphous alloy coating samples showed good corrosion resistance during the former 10 hours of the salt spray test.It was believed that dense zirconia layer formed by easy passivation metal Zr and the amorphous alloy coating had effectual protective effect on the 45 steel substrates.The amorphous alloy coatings were corroded after 96 h neutral salt spray corrosion,the main corrosion reason was not overlap area and longitudinal run through cracks and so on existing in amorphous alloy coatings.
