摘 要:针对航空起落架加工中人工抛光的一些不确定因素(工件材料不易控制、抛光不均匀等),该研究利用柔性砂布轮分别对航空起落架常用材料300M钢和A-100钢进行正交抛光试验,从抛光深度、抛光时间和粒度等方面分析了人工抛光时柔性砂布轮对工件表面质量(表面粗糙度和残余应力)的影响规律;并通过极差分析法分析出人工抛光参数的影响趋势,从而为提高人工抛光的效率和精度做了理论准备。研究表明,抛光深度对于300M钢和A-100钢的表面粗糙度和残余应力的影响最显著。表面粗糙度随着粒度和加工时间的增大而减小,随着抛光深度的增大而降低;残余应力随着粒度和抛光深度的增加而降低,随着抛光时间的增大而增大。Aimed at some uncertain factors of manual polishing in aircraft landing gear such as the difficult control of workpiece material,uneven polishing,etc.,it was researched that using flexible emery wheels to conduct orthogonal polishing experiments on 300M steel and A-100 steel,we analyzed influent rule of flexible emery wheels on quality of workpiece surface,surface roughness and residual stress during manual polishing from aspects of aircraft landing gear,and also analyzed the polishing depth,polishing time and particle size,and the influence trend of manual polishing parameters was analyzed by the range analysis method,so as to make theoretical preparations for improving the efficiency and accuracy of manual polishing.Studies showed that the polishing depth had the most significant impact on the surface roughness and residual stress of 300M and A-100 steel.The surface roughness decreased with the increase of particle size and processing time,and also decreased with the increase of polishing depth.The residual stress decreased with the increase of particle size and polishing depth,and increased with the increase of polishing time.
