神阙穴贴敷配合温和灸对慢性心力衰竭致胃肠功能紊乱临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察神阙穴贴敷配合温和灸在慢性心力衰竭导致胃肠功能紊乱患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院收治的76例慢性心力衰竭导致胃肠功能紊乱患者的临床资料,将其分为对照组、治疗组,对照组予以常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予神阙穴贴敷配合温和灸治疗。结果治疗组的临床总效率为97.37%,相较于对照组临床总效率(81.58%)高,统计学差异存在意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的腹胀、欲呕、嗳气、纳呆,相较于对照组患者的症状积分均较低,统计学差异存在意义(P<0.05);治疗组的生理功能、活力、情感以及精神健康与社会功能等生活质量评分相较于对照组的生活质量评分均较高,统计学差异存在意义(P<0.05);治疗组的LVEF指标高于对照组,LVESD、LVEDD指标低于对照组,统计学差异存在意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性心力衰竭导致胃肠功能紊乱患者应用神阙穴贴敷配合温和灸治疗,可快速、有效改善其症状,提高临床效率以及生活质量水平,改善其心功能指标,值得被推广。Objective To observe the effect of Shenque point application combined with mild moxibustion in patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by chronic heart failure.Methods The clinical data of 76 patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by chronic heart failure in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the treatment group was treated with Shenque point application combined with mild moxibustion on the basis of control group treatment.Results The total clinical efficiency of the treatment group was 97.37%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.58%)(P<0.05);The symptom scores of abdominal distension,vomiting,belching and stupidity in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of physiological function,vitality,emotion,mental health and social function in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The LVEF index of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the LVESD and LVEDD indexes of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Shenque point sticking combined with mild moxibustion in patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by chronic heart failure can quickly and effectively improve their symptoms,improve clinical efficiency and quality of life,and improve their cardiac function indexes,which is worthy to be popularized.
