摘 要:激光大功率探测器一般是体吸收型,利用热电堆来探测激光功率。热电堆的核心是热电偶,其响应时间都比较长,因此不能满足反馈控制的需要。通过分析激光功率动态测量过程中建立的热电偶时间常数模型,找出产生动态误差的原因,采用频域分析法,通过补偿热电偶的极点,扩展了测量系统的频率域,使得大功率探测器快速逼近其最终值。利用测量功率探测器的响应曲线求出其时间常数,并设计了相应的预测电路,求出其系统传递函数。通过对预测电路进行仿真计算,找出最优参数,使系统的频响扩大了1倍,对阶跃函数的响应时间常数由τ减少为τ/2。对实际电路进行了测试,测量值与理论值吻合得相当好,满足了大功率探测器的快速测量要求。High-power laser sensor is generally body absorption type and uses thermopile to detect laser power.The core of thermopile is thermocouple,whose response time is relatively long,so it can t meet the need of feedback control.By analyzing the time constant model of thermocouple established in the process of dynamic measurement of laser power,the causes of dynamic errors are found out.The frequency domain analysis method is used to compensate the pole of the thermocouple,expand the frequency domain of the measurement system and approach the final value of high-power laser sensor quickly.By measuring the response curve of the power sensor,the time constant of sensor is obtained,and the corresponding anticipation circuit is designed,therefore the transfer function of the system is obtained.Through simulation calculation,the optimal parameters are found out,the frequency response range of the system is doubled,and the response time constant of the step function is reduced fromτtoτ/2.The actual circuit is tested,and the simulation value is in good agreement with the measured value,so the anticipation circuit meets the quick measurement requirements of high-power sensor.
