摘 要:对比了颗粒活性炭(GAC)活化过一硫酸盐(PMS)和微波(MW)促进颗粒活性炭(GAC)活化过一硫酸盐(PMS)及其他体系在最佳条件下处理金橙G的效果,探索微波促进活性炭活化PMS的可行性,通过自由基淬灭实验研究了MW/GAC/PMS体系生成的自由基类型及其反应机理,考察了饱和活性炭的活化作用以及MW/GAC活化PMS的稳定性。结果表明:微波辐照对GAC/PMS体系具有明显的促进作用,活性炭的活化作用主要发生在活性炭的表面;饱和GAC/PMS与MW/饱和GAC/PMS体系对金橙G的去除率分别为49.51%和69.62%,说明内部孔隙的变化对反应的影响较小;重复利用7次的活性炭活化PMS的稳定性非常好,金橙G的去除率约分别保持在50%和71%,MW/GAC活化PMS的硫酸根自由基(SO_(4)^(-)·)反应明显优于GAC/PMS体系。由于“微波热点”的存在,MW/GAC/PMS体系减少了药剂的投加量,微波辐照能促进GAC/PMS体系生成更多的SO_(4)^(-)·,使反应时间缩短为GAC/PMS体系的1/40。In this work,the effects of granular activated carbon(GAC)-activated permonosulfate(PMS)(GAC/PMS),microwave(MW)promoted granular activated carbon(GAC)-activated permonosulfate(PMS)(MW/GAC/PMS)and other systems were compared to treat Golden Orange G under optimal conditions.Furthermore,to explore the feasibility of MW,types of free radicals generated by the MW/GAC/PMS system and the reaction mechanism were studied through free radical quenching experiments.The activation of saturated carbon and the stability of MW/GAC/PMS were investigated.The results showed that MW irradiation had a significant benefit on the GAC/PMS system,and the activation of activated carbon mainly occurred on the surface of the activated carbon;the removal rate of golden orange G by saturated GAC/PMS and MW/saturated GAC/PMS systems was 49.51%and 69.62%,respectively,indicating that the change of internal pores had weak effect on the reaction;the removal rate of golden orange G after recycling 7 times was maintained at about 50%and 71%,respectively.The sulfate radical(SO_(4)^(-)·)reaction using MW was significantly better than the GAC/PMS system.Due to the existence of“microwave hot spots”,the MW/GAC/PMS system could reduce the dosage of medicaments.MW irradiation can promote the GAC/PMS system to generate more SO_(4)^(-)·,shortening the reaction time to 1/40 of the GAC/PMS system.
