摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)是消化系统的一种常见病,属于癌前疾病,与胃癌的发生密切相关。目前西医暂无阻断或逆转萎缩的特效药,中医药在改善临床症状、控制疾病进展,甚至逆转萎缩等方面具有显著优势。黄彬教授认为脾胃虚弱是CAG的发病基础,痰瘀、热毒互结是病机关键,以益气健脾、化痰散瘀、解毒散结为法,运用自拟方消萎化肠方作为基础方,别脉遣方,识症用药,形成“验方+时方+识症”的用药模式,并重视药后调护,常能有效控制CAG的发展,甚至逆转萎缩。Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)is a common disease of the digestive system.As a precancerous disease,it is closely related to the occurrence of gastric cancer.At present,Western medicine has no specific drugs to block or reverse atrophy.Although,traditional Chinese medicine has significant advantages in relieving clinical symptoms,controlling disease progression,and even reversing atrophy.Professor Huang Bin supposes that the weakness of the spleen and stomach is the basis of the pathogenesis of CAG,and the mutual accumulation of phlegm,blood stasis,and heat toxin is the key to the pathogenesis.He treats this by replenishing qi and fortifying the spleen,resolving phlegm,removing blood stasis,detoxification,and dispersing nodules.He uses the selfprepared formula“Xiaowei Huachang Decoction”as the basic formula,which is dispensed by distinguishing the pulse.This formula is used to recognize the symptoms,forming a therapeutic pattern of“experimental formula+seasonal formula+recognition of symptoms,”and paying attention to postmedication care,which can often effectively control CAG and even reverse atrophy.
