基于《上古天真论》探析薄型子宫内膜月经过少

摘　　要：妇科临床中,月经失调疾病不容小觑,分类较多,月经过少为常见病症之一。研读《上古天真论》之“女子七岁——女子七七”,并对其认真分析,发现传统医学对女子经水根本归之于阴精,同时结合中医阴阳理论探析得出在治疗薄型子宫内膜所致月经过少时滋阴为重点,认为在治疗周期中应提倡全周期滋阴,后半期加以温阳,即全阴后阳,该治疗原则与现代医学的雌孕激素序贯疗法不谋而合,期望该理论在今后临床诊疗过程中得到应用与发展。The various classifications of menstrual disorders should not be disregarded in gynecology clinics,such as hypomenorrhea,which is one of the most common menstrual disorders.The author carefully studied and analyzed females aged seven to 49 years in Shanggu Tianzhen Lun and observed that traditional medicine essentially attributed menstruation to the Yin Jing.In addition,combined with the Yin-Yang theory of traditional Chinese medicine,it can be deduced that the treatment of hypomenorrhea caused by endometrium thinning should focus on nourishing Yin.It is believed that the whole cycle of nourishing Yin should be advocated in the treatment cycle and nourishing Yang in the second half.Furthermore,the author discerned that this therapy coincides with the estrogen-progesterone sequential therapy,which is used in modern medicine.The theory of nourishing Yin is expected to be applied and developed in future clinical diagnosis and treatment processes.
