葛根汤加减病症结合治疗痤疮的临床思路浅谈

摘　　要：痤疮是青少年常见病,部分中年人也有发作,临床治疗后多易反复发作。痤疮发作在皮肤足太阳膀胱经,多因为青春期雄激素分泌旺盛,导致皮脂分泌旺盛,毛孔堵塞不畅而出现。我们临床运用葛根汤加减解肌透疹、调理脾胃、清敛相火,根据男女体质、年龄的差异等因素调整处方,女性注重养肝血,男性注重养肾阴,中年人或脾虚患者使用健脾化湿的方法,多能取得较好临床疗效。Acne is a common disease in teenagers;however,middle-aged people also have acne attacks,which easily relapse after clinical treatment.Acne attacks can occur on the skin,foot,and bladder meridian.It mostly occurs because puberty androgen secretion is exuberant,leading to excessive sebum secretion and appearance of rough pore blockage.Gegen decoction was used to reduce the skin rash,regulate the spleen and stomach,and clear the convergence of fire.The prescription was adjusted according to the differences in physical constitution and age between men and women.More attention was given to the liver blood in women and to the kidney yin in men.Invigorating the spleen and moistening was used in middle-aged people or patients with spleen deficiency,which achieved better clinical effect.
