摘  要:以电火工品为研究对象,基于CST电磁仿真软件,搭建了电火工品的电磁分析模型,分析了超宽带脉冲作用下桥丝的感应电流,探究了入射波电磁场的场强、脉冲宽度、桥丝电阻等关键参数对感应电流的影响,并研究了不同布线形式下电火工品感应电流的幅值变化。研究结果表明,当电场分量在电火工品平面投影增大或负载阻值较小时,感应电流呈增大趋势;在实际布线时应尽量保持平行布线,避免大环形与大菱形布线方式,采用类似矩形布线时,应尽量减小矩形宽度。Taking the electric explosive device(EED)as the research object,based on CST electromagnetic simulation software,the electromagnetic analysis model of EED is established,the induced current of the bridge wire under the action of ultra wideband(UWB)pulse is analyzed and the effects of key parameters such as the field strength of the incident wave magnetic field,pulse width and bridge wire resistance on the induced current are explored,and the amplitude changes of the induced current of EED under different wiring forms are studied.The results show that the induced current increases when the projection of the electric field component on the plane increases or the load resistance is smaller.During actual wiring,parallel wiring shall be kept as far as possible to avoid large ring and large diamond wiring.When similar rectangular wiring is adopted,the rectangular width shall be reduced as far as possible.
