摘  要:在复合吸波材料中,层状二维金属碳化物/氮化物(MXene)材料以其高比表面积、高电导、轻质、低厚度等特性,通常可以作为理想的吸波剂。但是,由于MXene材料较差的高温热稳定性,传统高温烧结工艺制备的陶瓷很难实现和MXene的有效复合而不破坏MXene的结构。文章采用原位生长法合成Nb_(2)CT_(X)/EMT粉体,通过冷烧结工艺在300℃制备基于Nb_(2)CT_(X)的沸石陶瓷复合材料(Nb_(2)CT_(X)/ZC)。当Nb_(2)CT_(X)的添加量为10 wt%时,在3.3 mm的厚度下最低反射损耗可达-56.43 dB,有效频宽为2.4 GHz。此外,Nb_(2)CT_(X)的引入还提升了复相陶瓷的力学性能,当Nb_(2)CT_(X)添加量为10 wt%时,复合材料的平均抗弯强度为40.5 MPa;Nb_(2)CT_(X)添加量为15 wt%时,断裂韧性相较于基体提升了约140%。Layered two-dimensional metal carbide/nitride(MXene)materials are considered as ideal absorbers for microwave absorption,due to their high specific surface area,high conductivity,light weight,and low thickness.However,the poor thermal stability of the MXene material at high temperature has prevented the incorporation with ceramic composites without destroying the structure of the MXene.In this work,the Nb_(2)CT_(X)/zeolite composite material was synthesized by in-situ growth method,and the Nb_(2)CT_(X)-based zeolite-ceramic composite material(Nb_(2)CT_(X)ZC)was prepared by the cold sintering process at 300℃.When the Nb_(2)CT_(X) content is 10 wt%,the minimum reflection loss and effective bandwidth can reach-56.43 dB and 2.4 GHz at a thickness of 3.3 mm,respectively.Moreover,the addition of Nb_(2)CT_(X) also enhances the mechanical properties of ceramic composite.While the average flexural strength is 40.5 MPa when Nb_(2)CT_(X) content is 10 wt%,the fracture toughness is increased by about 140%compared with the matrix when the Nb_(2)CT_(X) content is 15 wt%.
