摘 要:随着电磁环境日益恶化,通过吸波方式降低电磁辐射污染是一种重要途径。基于集总电阻加载的吸波器,将加载电阻的金属贴片弯曲折叠成中心对称的圆环形状,并通过介质基板的金属过孔将上下两层金属回路交错连接,最终形成螺旋状紧凑分布的双圆环结构,从而达到增大单元结构的等效电感及等效电容的效果,由此实现吸波器的小型化和宽带化。全波仿真结果表明:结构尺寸为18 mm×18 mm×13.5 mm的单元结构,在1.78~8.44 GHz范围内具有大于10 dB的吸波性能,相对带宽达130.33%。针对临近吊顶Wi-Fi信号干扰场景,敏感房间室内电场分布的仿真对比表明:加载吸波器后,室内环境的电场平均强度由9.55 V/m降为2.93 V/m,小型化吸波器对于改善电磁环境有效。With the deterioration of the electromagnetic environment,reducing electromagnetic radiation pollution by absorbing wave is an important way.Based on the wave absorber model loaded with lumped resistance,the metal patch loaded with resistors is bent and folded into a center-symmetrical ring shape,and the upper and lower metal circuits are connected alternately through the metal vias of the dielectric substrate,and finally a helical and compactly distributed double ring structure is formed.Thus,the effect of increasing the equivalent inductance and equivalent capacitance of the unit structure is achieved,thereby realizing the miniaturization and widebandization of the wave absorber.The full-wave simulation results show that the unit structure with the size of 18 mm×18 mm×13.5 mm has the wave absorption performance of greater than 10 dB in the range of 1.78~8.44 GHz,and a relative bandwidth of 130.33%.For the Wi-Fi signal interference scene near the ceiling,the simulation comparison of the indoor electric field distribution in the sensitive room shows that the average electric field intensity of the indoor environment decreases from 9.55 V/m to 2.93 V/m after loading the absorber,and the miniaturized wave absorber is effective in improving the electromagnetic environment.
