梁冰治疗先兆流产合并宫腔积血的临床经验

摘　　要：先兆流产合并宫腔积血是妊娠女性特有的疾病。此病可对孕妇的身心健康造成严重的影响。导师梁冰对先兆流产合并宫腔积血有独到见解,提出其病位主要在脾、肾,与肝相关,病性多瘀,治疗上应以补肾健脾、活血化瘀为主,配以疏肝解郁,方用寿胎丸合补中益气汤加减,并联用地屈孕酮片进行中西医结合治疗,治病与安胎并举,效果显著。本文介绍梁冰主任治疗先兆流产合并宫腔积血的临床经验,以期为该病的诊疗提供新思路及新方法。Threatened abortion complicated with uterine haemorrhage is a unique disease in pregnant women.The disease can have a serious impact on the physical and mental health of pregnant women.Mentor Liang Bing of threatened abortion with uterine hemorrhage have unique insights,puts forward the disease mainly in the spleen,kidney,and liver,disease blood stasis,treatment should be given priority to with kidney and spleen,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,match with liver resolve depression,with a life of fetal pill or fill in yiqi tonga,parallel land flexor progesterone combine traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy,treatment and the fetus,the effect is remarkable.This article introduces liang Bing’s clinical experience in the treatment of t hreatened abortion with intrauterine haemorrhage in order to pr ovide new ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
