摘　　要：目的:探讨微信平台路径式管理对变应性鼻炎(AR)患儿舌下含服免疫治疗(SLIT)依从性的影响。方法:选择2019年1月至2020年5月期间在右江民族医学院附属医院耳鼻咽喉科门诊接受SLIT的100例AR患儿(年龄为5~13岁)作为研究对象。随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各有患儿50例。治疗期间,对观察组患儿进行微信平台路径式管理,对对照组患儿进行常规管理,然后比较两组患儿的脱落率及临床疗效。结果:在随访的1年内,观察组患儿的脱落率低于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=16.978,P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗的总有效率高于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.255,P<0.05)。结论:在AR患儿进行SLIT期间,对其实施微信平台路径式管理能显著提高其对治疗的依从性及临床疗效,降低其脱落率。Objective:To investigate the effect of wechat platform path management on the compliance of SUblingual immunotherapy(SLIT)in children with allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods:A total of 100 pedoatric patients(aged 5 to 13 years)with AR treated by SLIT were selected as the subjects from January 2019 to May 2020.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 children in each group.During the treatment,children in the observation group were given wechat platform path management,and children in the control group were given routine management,and then the shedding rate and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:Within 1 year of follow-up,the detachment rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=16.978,P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control gro up,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.255,P<0.05).Conclusion:During THE SLIT period,the implementation of wechat platform path management can significantly improve the treatment compliance and clinical efficacy,and reduce the shed ding rate of AR children.
