无人机倾斜航摄技术在农村房地一体中的应用

摘　　要：为提高农村房地一体不动产权籍调查作业效率和精度,本文将倾斜航摄技术应用于不动产权籍测量。以房地一体项目为依托,在农村地籍调查成果的基础上,采用无人机航飞的方式,获取测区高清影像,生成实景三维模型及正射影像图,通过裸眼3D模式采集1∶500数字线划地形图。结果表明:基于无人机倾斜航摄技术的不动产权籍调查具有精度高、效率快、成图可视化等优势,研究内容为农村房地一体确权登记工作提供了重要的参考。In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the survey of the real estate ownership of rural houses and land,tilt aerial photography technology is applied to the survey of real estate ownership.Relying on the integration of real estate and land project,based on the results of rural cadastral surveys,the method of drone aerial photography is used to obtain high-resolution images of the survey area,generate real-scene 3D models and orthophotos,and collect 1∶500 scale DLG through naked eye 3D mode.The results show that the real estate registration investigation based on the drone tilt aerial photography technology has the advantages of high accuracy,fast efficiency and visualization of the map.The research content provides an important reference for the integration of rural real estate and land registration.
