摘 要:电解铝车间是一个极其复杂特殊的高温、高磁场的环境,在这种条件下,使用自动安平水准仪进行沉降观测会受高磁场的影响,本文对电解铝车间尤其是电解槽沉降观测中的磁致误差以图解说明的方式进行简要分析。通过对电解铝车间内磁场分布,水准仪自动安平系统工作原理的介绍以及对沉降观测方法进行分解剖析,本文指出了在电解槽不同位置磁致误差对水准仪观测数据的不同影响,得出磁致误差对沉降观测结果的影响,为电解铝车间沉降观测数据分析提供更全面的理论。Aluminum electrolysis shop as a place of high temperature and strong magnetism is a very complex and special environment.In this condition,it is very important to analyze whether the strong magnetism affects the settlement observation with automatic level.This paper briefly analyzes the magnetic deviation in the settlement observation of aluminum electrolysis shop especially electrolyzing cell by the way of diagram.By introducing the distribution of the magnetic field in aluminum electrolysis shop and the principle of self-leveling system of the automatic level,and analyzing the way of settlement observation,this paper shows clearly the different effect to the data of settlement observation in different position of electrolyzing cell.The influence of magnetic deviation on the result of the settlement observation can be reached.This paper provides more comprehensive theory for analyzing the result of settlement observation in electrolysis shop.
