摘　　要：成品油库项目中,工艺管道上通常需要安装泄压阀,以避免封闭管段在阳光直射下温度升高,管内液体热膨胀导致管线超压。以API 520、API 521、API 526规范为基础,介绍泄压阀尺寸的计算方法,并以国外某成品油库项目为例,计算其泄压阀尺寸,便于指导后续国外成品油库项目泄压阀的计算与选型工作。Pressure-relief valves shall be normally installed on the process pipelines in petroleum products terminal to avoid pipeline overpressure because of the thermal expansion of liquid in pipeline when the temperature of closure section increasing under the sunlight.Based on API 520,API 521,API 526,the sizing calculation method of pressure-relief valve was introduced.Referring to a petroleum products project abroad,the sizing of pressure-relief valves was calculated,which could guide the calculation and sizing selection of pressure-relief valves for following foreign petroleum products projects.
