摘  要:离心泵是化工生产装置中使用范围最广、数量最多的动设备之一,故障形式相对单一,故障原因便于发现和排查,但发生故障时若不能够及时发现,不及时处理,往往会演变成特殊的故障现象,多次检修均不能消除。结合冷冻水泵的实际案例,对长达5年之久特殊振动现象进行简述,对故障原因和处理措施进行分析和总结。Centrifugal pump is one of the most widely used and numerous moving equipments in chemical production units.The failure form is relatively single,and the cause of the failure is easy to find and troubleshoot.However,if the failure is not found and handled in time,it will often evolve into a special failure phenomenon,which cannot be eliminated after repeating maintenance.Combined with the actual case of chilled water pump,the special vibration phenomenon for five years was briefly described,the fault causes and treatment measures were analyzed and summarized.
