摘 要:压力容器的封头形式有多种,其中椭圆形封头广泛的应用于重要的石油化工设备中,因其受力均衡且易于制造加工等优点。根据标准推导出椭圆形封头的计算厚度公式并进行了强度校核,利用三维分析软件对封头的静力学和疲劳载荷进行了分析,其结论是封头的受力最大应力在热冲压成形与直边连接的半径部位,最大位移在封头顶部。There are many forms of pressure vessel head,the elliptical head is widely used in important petrochemical equipments because of its advantages of force balance and easy to manufacture and processing.In this paper,the thickness formula of elliptical head was deduced according to the standard,and the strength was checked.The statics and fatigue load of the head were analyzed by using three dimensional analysis software.The results showed that the maximum stress of the head was in the radius of the hot stamping forming and the straight edge,the maximum displacement was at the top of the head.
