摘　　要：ABS树脂作为化工生产的重要原料,其生产质量和生产数量影响了化工生产。对比其他国家,我国ABS树脂仍然处在弱势,对ABS装置进行改造是对企业提出的要求。通过对ABS装置中的各单元进行改造并且对其表现和产品竞争力进行综合评价,提出一项较为理想的ABS装置改造技术。ABS新装置扩能改造之后能达到每年20万t的技术方案,新技术稳定可靠,并且能够提高产品的质量,风控到位,抗风险能力优秀,又能够保证装置平稳运行并且绿色生产。ABS resin as an important raw material for chemical production,its production quality and production quantity affect chemical production.Compared with other countries,ABS resin in China is still in a weak position,the transformation of ABS device is a requirement for enterprises.In this paper,a more ideal ABS device transformation technology by transforming the units in ABS device was put forward,and a comprehensive evaluation of its performance and product competitiveness was carried out.New ABS device after capacity expansion can reach 200 kt·a^(-1),new technology is stable and reliable,and can improve the quality of products,has excellent anti-risk ability,can ensure the smooth operation of the device and green production.
