摘　　要：目的:探讨CO_(2)点阵激光联合脉冲染料激光在剖宫产皮肤瘢痕的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月东莞市第三人民医院、东莞市第八人民医院和东莞市茶山医院产科收治的65例剖宫产术后皮肤瘢痕患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=33)和观察组(n=32)。对照组采用单纯CO_(2)点阵激光治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合脉冲染料激光治疗。比较两组疗效、温哥华瘢痕评分(VSS)、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的57.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月,两组色泽、血管分布、柔软度、厚度评分均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CO_(2)点阵激光联合脉冲染料激光用于剖宫产皮肤瘢痕患者中能获得良好的美容效果,未增加不良反应发生率,值得推广应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of CO_(2)fractional laser combined with pulsed dye laser in cesarean section skin scar.Method:A total of 65 patients with skin scars after cesarean section who were admitted to the Obstetrics Department of Dongguan Third People’s Hospital,Dongguan Eighth People’s Hospital,and Dongguan Chashan Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected,they were divided into control group(n=33)and observation group(n=32)according to random number table.The control group was treated with CO_(2)fractional laser alone,and the observation group was treated with pulsed dye laser on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,Vancouver scar score(VSS)and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than 57.58% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the color,vascular distribution,softness and thickness scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:CO_(2)fractional laser combined with pulsed dye laser can achieve good cosmetic effect in patients with cesarean section skin scar without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of popularization and application.
