下肢皮牵引防旋丁字一体鞋在骨科临床护理中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探析下肢皮牵引防旋丁字一体鞋在骨科临床护理中的应用效果。方法:选择徐州市肿瘤医院收治的髋部周围骨折或股骨骨折患者48例(收治时间:2017年1月-2019年1月),随机分成对照组(行下肢皮牵引传统丁字鞋干预)和观察组(行下肢皮牵引防旋丁字一体鞋干预),各24例。对比两组护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果:对比两组护理满意度,观察组91.67%,明显高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.547,P<0.05);对比两组并发症发生率,观察组8.33%,明显低于对照组的37.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.779,P<0.05)。结论:在髋部周围骨折和股骨骨折护理中应用下肢皮牵引防旋丁字一体鞋,患者的护理满意度较下肢皮牵引传统丁字鞋干预高,且可有效降低下肢皮牵引的并发症发生率,值得优选。Objective:To explore the application effect of lower limb skin traction anti-rotation T-shaped integrated shoes in orthopedics clinical nursing.Method:A total of 48 patients with hip fracture and femoral fracture admitted to Xuzhou Cancer Hospital(treatment time:January 2017 to January 2019)were selected and randomly divided into the control group(underwent traditional T-shaped shoes intervention of lower limb skin traction intervention)and the observation group(underwent lower limb skin traction anti-rotation T-shaped integrated shoes intervention),24 cases in each group.The nursing satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared.Result:Comparing the two groups of nursing satisfaction,91.67% of the observation group was significantly higher than 66.67% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.547,P<0.05).The complication rate of the two groups was compared,8.33% of the observation group was significantly lower than 37.50% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.779,P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing care of hip and femoral fracture,the use of lower limb skin traction anti-rotation T-shaped integrated shoes,compared with the traditional T-shaped shoes intervention of lower limb skin traction,provides higher patient care satisfaction and effectively reduces the complications of lower limb traction.It is worthy of preference.
