摘　　要：目的:探讨多模态运动联合音乐成像对鼻咽癌放化疗患者癌因性疲乏和负性情绪的影响。方法:选取2020年1-8月广东省农垦中心医院收治的58例鼻咽癌放化疗患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组。对照组29例,给予常规心理护理,观察组29例给予多模态运动联合音乐成像干预。比较两组癌因性疲乏状况、负性情绪评分、睡眠质量和咽喉疼痛情况。结果:干预后,观察组情感、躯体及认知疲乏评分、焦虑、抑郁、狂躁评分、睡眠质量及咽喉疼痛情况评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多模态运动联合音乐成像应用于鼻咽癌放化疗患者,可通过放松身体肌肉,减轻疲乏状态,缓解疼痛,从而改善焦虑抑郁的情绪,提高睡眠质量,在临床上值得进一步研究。Objective:To investigate the effect of multimodal exercise combined with music imaging on cancer-related fatigue and negative emotion in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Method:A total of 58 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy in Guangdong Agricultural Reclamation Central Hospital from January to August 2020 were selected,they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.29 patients in the control group were treated with conventional mental nursing,and 29 patients in the observation group were intervented with multimodal exercise combined with music imaging.The cancer-related fatigue,negative emotion score,sleep quality and sore throat pain were compared between two groups.Result:The scores of emotional,physical and cognitive fatigue,anxiety,depression,mania,sleep quality and sore throat pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multimodal exercise combined with music imaging for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy can relax body muscles,reduce fatigue and pain,so as to improve anxiety and depression and improve sleep quality,which is worthy of further research in clinic.
