柔肝定颤汤治疗阴虚风动型帕金森病患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探究柔肝定颤汤治疗阴虚风动型帕金森病患者的临床效果。方法:选择2019年10月-2021年8月湖南省中医药研究院附属医院收治的阴虚风动型帕金森病患者64例,采用随机数字表法分为研究组及对照组,各32例。对照组行西医(盐酸苯海索片)治疗,研究组联合柔肝定颤汤治疗,两组均连续治疗3个月。对比两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)评分及不良反应。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为90.63%,高于对照组的62.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组中医症候积分、UPDRS-Ⅰ、UPDRS-Ⅱ、UPDRS-Ⅲ评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柔肝定颤汤在阴虚风动型帕金森病治疗中获得确切效果,且安全性高,患者各临床症状、精神、情绪及行为均得到改善,利于预后,值得推广。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Rougan Dingchan Decoction in the treatment of Parkinson disease patients with yin deficiency and wind movement.Method:A total of 64 patients with Parkinson disease with Yin deficiency and wind movement admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to August 2021 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group by random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine(Trihexyphenidyl Hydrochloride Tablets),and the study group was treated with Rougan Dingchan Decoction.Both groups were treated for 3 consecutive months.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,unified Parkinson disease rating scale(UPDRS)score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 90.63%,which was higher than 62.50% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndrome,UPDRS-Ⅰ,UPDRS-Ⅱ,UPDRS-Ⅲ after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rougan Dingchan Decoction has definite effect in the treatment of Parkinson disease with Yin deficiency and wind movement,and has high safety.The clinical symptoms,spirit,emotion and behavior of patients can be improved,which is beneficial to prognosis and is worthy of promotion.
