摘　　要：目的:分析并观察耳前组织整块切除术治疗难治性感染期耳前瘘管的临床效果。方法:选取2016年6月-2019年6月莆田学院附属医院收治的70例难治性感染期耳前瘘管患者,按照奇偶法将患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组35例。对照组采用常规疗法,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用耳前组织整块切除术。比较两组效果、并发症发生情况及脓腔消失时间和疼痛消失时间。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组并发症发生率低于对照组,脓腔消失时间和疼痛消失时间均早于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:难治性感染期耳前瘘管采取耳前组织整块切除术诊疗效果显著,可促进切口愈合,减轻患者疼痛,且并发症低,具较广阔的运用前景,值得推广。Objective:To analyze and observe the clinical effect of whole preauricular tissue resection in the treatment of preauricular fistula during refractory infection.Method:A total of 70 patients with preauricular fistula during refractory infection in the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from June 2016 to June 2019 were selected,they were divided into control group and treatment group according to odd-even method,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the treatment group was treated with whole preauricular tissue resection on the basis of the control group.The effect,incidence of complications,time of abscess cavity disappearance and time of pain disappearance were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the disappearance time of the abscess cavity and pain were earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diagnosis and treatment of preauricular fistula during refractory infection by whole preauricular tissue resection is effective,which can promote wound healing,reduce patients’pain,and have low complications rate,which has a broad application prospect and is worth popularizing.
