摘 要:为解决步枪身管内膛镀厚铬质量难把控的难题,提出了流动镀铬新工艺,探讨了流速、阳极供电方式等工艺条件对流动镀铬的影响。结果表明:采用双端电流强制均匀法的流动镀铬工艺能有效解决镀后锥差大、“腰鼓”等缺陷问题,镀后铬层尺寸的一致性较好,身管一次镀铬合格率由原来的30%提高到了90%。Aiming at the difficulty in quality control of plating thick chromium coating on the inner wall of rifle barrel,a novel chromium plating process under flowing condition was developed,and some factors affecting the process such as flow rate and application mode of electric current at anode were discussed.The results showed that the uniformization of current distribution by applying the electric current at both ends of two anodes could effectively eliminate the problem of large difference in coating thickness of the upper and lower parts of barrel bore and the waist-drum-like defect which were commonly occurred after plating through a conventional process.The thickness of the chromium coating plated by the novel process was uniform.The first time yield of chromium coating after the application of the novel process was increased from the previous 30%to 90%.
