摘  要:综述了目前国内在铝合金导电化学氧化方面的研究现状,介绍了铬酸盐氧化和无铬钼盐氧化的工艺及膜层性能。梳理出完整的导电氧化膜制备工艺流程,总结了膜层性能表征与测试方法。提出了铝合金无铬环保导电化学氧化的研究方向。The current status of the research on conductive chemical oxidation of aluminum alloys was reviewed.The chromate oxidation process and chromium-free molybdenum oxidation process as well as the properties of the films prepared thereby were introduced.The recommended process flow for preparation of conductive oxide film was presented.The characterization and testing methods of the film were summarized.The research directions of environmentally friendly chromium-free conductive chemical oxidation of aluminum alloys were proposed.
