清肺利咽汤治疗小儿化脓性扁桃体炎肺胃热盛证的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析清肺利咽汤治疗小儿化脓性扁桃体炎肺胃热盛证的临床效果,为今后临床用药治疗提供参考依据。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年1月北京市通州区中医医院收治的104例化脓性扁桃体炎患儿,均证实为肺胃热盛证,按照数字表随机法分成对照组和观察组,每组52例。对照组应用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用清肺利咽汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后的白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平及发热、咳嗽、扁桃体红肿消失时间。结果:观察组总有效率为96.15%,高于对照组的80.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组发热、咳嗽、扁桃体红肿消失时间均早于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IL-4、IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为5.77%,对照组为3.85%。两组不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.625,P>0.05)。结论:清肺利咽汤治疗小儿化脓性扁桃体炎肺胃热盛证的临床效果显著,是一种优秀的治疗药物。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Qingfei Liyan Decoction in suppurative tonsillitis children with lung and stomach heat syndrome,and to provide reference for clinical treatment in the future.Method:A total of 104 children with suppurative tonsillitis admitted to Beijing Tongzhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected,all of whom were confirmed to have lung and stomach heat syndrome.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the number table,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Qingfei Liyan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,interleukin-4(IL-4)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels before and after treatment,and the disappearance time of fever,cough and tonsil redness were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.15%,which was higher than 80.77%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,cough and tonsil redness of the observation group were earlier than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Il-4 and IL-6 levels of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.77%of the observation group,and 3.85%of the control group.There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between two groups(χ^(2)=0.625,P>0.05).Conclusion:Qingfei Liyan Decoction is an excellent drug in the treatment of suppurative tonsillitis children with lung and stomach heat syndrome.
